Q: How much is the first consultation fee ?

A: The first visit to our company for a consultation is free even if it occurs after consulting us by phone or email. If you wish for us to come visit you, we will charge you depending on your location. For a first consultation and depending on some conditions, we may accept a visit free of charge. For further consultation, the person in charge will provide a quotation.

Q: Is is possible to sign a confidentiality agreement in advance ?

A: If before the first consultation, a confidentiality agreement is necessary, we will agree to sign.

Q: How long is the consultation time without charge ?

A: Normally, for a visit it will be 2 hours, 30 minutes if done by phone but only once if by email.

Q: How much is the consulting fee ?

A: It depends greatly on the size of the project. Please contact us.

Q: Is it possible to request the development of an original robot/A.I. based on the needs of our company ?

A: Yes, it is possible. During the first free consultation, we would require that you explain your needs and ideas (even a rough idea is enough). Based on your budget, the range of technologies involved, development time and difficulty, we will be able to give you a quotation.

Q: When requesting a development, can you tell us the overall price ?

A: We understand the necessity to know in advance for the expenses of a development. However, since we are not selling a finished product, the price will depend on various factors related to the development itself. Therefore, it is difficult to give a clear answer in advance.

Q: How long is a development ?

A: In case we have already done such development, it would take few months. However, in our experience, most of the companies that contact us, do so for an original and new development. In case the development requires to do a feasibility study beforehand, the development might take few years. Please understand that such development is different than manufacturing an already made product using available schematics and hence can not be done in a short period of time.

Q: How are handled the intellectual property and the technological know-how for a project ?

A: Project development is based on Chinougijutsu know-how and as such we have the basic intellectual property.
